SUMMER 2021 APPLICATION
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS (Starting Summer 2021):
If selected after the online application and the interview, you will be required to attend a mandatory (most likely virtual) training session.
You must be present during BOTH SUMMER SESSION I AND SUMMER SESSION II in order to be able to apply as a summer volunteer at Imani Clinic.
As of now, summer requirements include 2 clinic days, 2 outreach events, and 1 fundraising event per summer session. Additionally, attendance and participation at the Ulezi Fair and all prior meetings regarding the event are also required. Proof of health clearance is required by your first clinic shift (TB test, up-to-date immunizations, etc.). Failure to complete a requirement on time will result in a strike. With 3 strikes, you will be put up for review by the board to determine if you will continue further as a volunteer. At the end of the summer, those who would like to continue volunteering with Imani can reapply.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION:
*Please note: You are NOT required to have your own vehicle for means of transportation to be a volunteer. This can be resolved through Imani Clinic's carpooling system.
Your application to become a summer volunteer must be submitted by 11:59 pm on May 16th, 2021. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. Please read the instructions and volunteer requirements listed above on the application carefully.
